Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation: Implants & Fat Transfer

Breast augmentation is a popular cosmetic surgery designed to enhance the size, shape, and volume of the breasts. At Allmedica, we offer two primary methods of augmentation: breast implants and fat transfer (lipofilling). Each method has its own benefits and is suited to different goals and body types.

Breast Implants

Breast implants involve placing silicone implants under the breast tissue or chest muscle to increase breast volume and improve symmetry.

Benefits:

  • Immediate and significant volume increase
  • Customisable size, shape, and projection
  • Long-lasting results

Fat Transfer (Lipofilling)

Fat transfer uses liposuction to remove fat from other areas of your body (e.g., abdomen, thighs) and inject it into the breasts to increase fullness naturally.

Benefits:

  • Uses your own body fat (natural result)
  • Subtle enhancement
  • Body contouring effect from liposuction
